Luxembourg Satellite Company Plans to Make Your Phone Work Where There's No Cell Service, Because Apparently That's Still a Problem

Luxembourg's OQ Technology wants to test satellite-to-smartphone connectivity using cellular spectrum, because SpaceX's 650 Starlink satellites apparently weren't enough competition in the 'making your phone work in the woods' market.
