Feds to Colorado River States: Figure It Out or We’re Doing It for You (Again)

The feds are tired of waiting for seven states to agree on sharing the Colorado River, so they're imposing a 10-year plan - unless the states suddenly learn to play nice, which seems about as likely as the river magically refilling.
