HS2 Costs to Top £100bn; Trains to Arrive at Their Destination Slightly Less Fast, Possibly by 2040

HS2 will cost up to £102.7bn, trains will be slower, and the full service won't run until the 2040s - but hey, at least the government is angry about it.
