Thousands of people have taken part in the Palestine Marathon and Half Marathon, which returned to the West Bank city of Bethlehem after a two-year pause caused by restrictions over the Gaza War. The event drew runners and spectators from across the West Bank and overseas, and happened in conjunction with a race in Gaza, as a fragile ceasefire in the Palestinian Territory continues to hold.
