Charli XCX is celebrating the launch of her Music, Fashion, Film tour by adding... a few more shows. Because nothing says "celebration" like scheduling additional work. After her current North American run wraps up, she'll head overseas in February for a six-date European trek, hitting Dublin, Glasgow, Manchester, London, Amsterdam, and Paris. Audrey Hobert will open. The just-added stops are below, in bold, because apparently that's how we announce things now.
For those wondering why there aren't more dates, Charli explained to Shaad D'Souza in an August interview that she prefers a shorter approach. "I always have such an admiration for people who go on tour for a long time," she said. "The stamina that it takes is just not something that I particularly care to get. And the monotony - doing the same thing over and over again doesn't feel alive enough for me." Which is fair, honestly. Who needs to feel alive when you can just do six shows and call it a day?
