Blondshell, the solo alt-pop project of Sabrina Teitelbaum, is teasing her follow-up to last year's *If You Asked for a Picture* with a new song titled "Heart Has to Work So Hard." While the album remains unannounced, the track is already available for stream.

Teitelbaum explained the song in a statement, describing it as "about friendship and betrayal, getting stuck in a dynamic and letting things fester." She added, "It's about pain and confusion - no one trains you for the ups and downs of a friendship between two women - but it's also about a love so enduring that you find compassion no matter what." Essentially, it's the emotional equivalent of a group project where one person does all the work.

Blondshell has also mapped out a fall tour, which she claims boasts the biggest headlining dates of her career. After festival appearances at Bonnaroo (Manchester, TN, June 14) and Summerfest (Milwaukee, WI, July 2), she'll embark on a North American and European run starting October 14 at San Diego's Observatory North Park (with Theatre opening) and wrapping up December 17 at Dublin's The Academy (with Theatre again). Select shows feature openers Bully, Prewn, Starcleaner Reunion, and TTSSFU. The full list of dates below, because who doesn't love a good spreadsheet of future plans?
